Question 1: The button doesn't respond after adding food?
Answer: Please fully charge the machine before use. When pressing the button, hold it down until the food is blended.
Question 2: The machine isn't working?
Answer: The food needs to be cut into 1.5-2cm pieces. Because the blades need space to rotate rapidly, the food should not exceed half the cup's capacity. If there is too much food, the blades may get stuck and stop rotating. Please remove some food before continuing to use the machine.
Question 3: The head and body are easily loose?
Answer: Because the middle of the head needs to contact and drive the blade column to rotate, it uses a straight groove connection. This is not a quality issue.
